Hungary score a last minute winner in Finland

Vidi's Akos Elek had a great game in midfield

Hungary secured a great win away in Helsinki on Tuesday evening. Sandor Egervari's side led midway though the second half with a Szallai goal, but Finland hit back through Forsell. However, a great move, which started in the Hungarian half, with Vidi's Akos Elek, saw the young midfielder move forward with pace and power, before passing it wide to Dzudzsak to blast it in to the back of the Finland net, in added time. Egervari gave two Vidi players a start in the line up, with Liptak returning to the heart of the defence after his suspension, for the San Marino game. Elek kept his place in midfield and was in fine form, as a young Hungarian side made it three wins from the last three to go top of Group E, for a short period. Holland's win over Sweden means that the Hungarians are now second in the group, and it will stay that way until March, when Hungary face Holland twice in the space of a few days.
