The League cup group stage kicks off this week. Dunaujvaros visit the Sostoi, having recently played a friendly in the summer, which Vidi won 4-0. Our opponents have started the new season well with several experienced players in their squad, with the likes of Milinte, Sitku, Szalai and Boor.

Hungary U21 - Bosnia-Hercegovina U21
The young Hungarian U21 side continue their group qualification games with the visit of Bosnia. The match will be played in Kecskemet on Thursday, with Vidi's Szolnoki, Kleinheisler and Kovacs all looking likely to be involved. Hungary won their first group match in June, when they picked up 3 points with their 2-1 away win in Albania.
World Cup Qualifier
Friday 6th September 2013 - K.O.: 20:00
Romania - Hungary
The national team have a vital match in Bucharest on Friday evening. Roland Juhasz sadly has to miss the game having picked up a recent injury, which has meant him being pulled out of Sandor Egervari's national squad. Hopefully Hungary will be able to win the match and remain second in their group.
