Part of my summary also covers the players already here, plus those who arrived before the season began. However, I will not go into full details about that, as certain things should remain within the dressing room. I cannot say anything new for those who come to our games, week-after-week. I can say that we have a very strong backbone to our side, which helped us to be stable and achieve results. One of the key players has been goalkeeper Bozsovics, who after a difficult beginning, went on to produce a perfect performance. I would add the central defensive partnership of Vasko and Liptak, and international players Elek and Lazar. Andre Alves is another one who comes into this group. Finally, last but not least, I would also add our very intelligent and talented captain, Balazs Farkas, who does everything for the side. He held everything together, even when he was not on the pitch for one or two games. The players listed are a massive single unit, and anyone coming in to the side, during the season, just added to the momentum and the unity. One good example to this was our league game with Ujpest. We went into the game missing our important central defensive partnership. However, Milanovics and Farkas, who I drew back to defence, together with the help of the others, did very well at the back. This togetherness is very positive and is very important looking to the future. I am thinking first, that there are certain to be personal changes. We cannot avoid our top players being attracted to other clubs, and we will lose one or two of them in the end. There is a big chance that Alves will leave the club over the winter, and we can get a good amount for him now, which will help us to bring a serious replacement in. We also need to understand that Alves is currently 27 years old, and he is at his peak, and he has a chance in front of him, which may not be there in the next transfer window. We have three players whose contracts expire in the summer: Andics, Vujovics and Farkas. We have already began negotiating with the latter over a new deal. There is currently interest in eight of our players, but we are calculating on two of them leaving. We do not plan to allow the others to leave the club, as it will be hard to carry out our plans. The players who have come in like Vasko, Gosztonyi, Vasziljevics and the already mentioned Bozsovics have all done well and have established themselves in the starting line up. They have also done well when they have come on as substitutes and picked up the tempo quickly. I continue to not write off Bojan Djordjic, but for him to be a certain starter in games, I would have to completely change the way the team plays. We have the knowledge, but it is understandable that I would not happily alter the way we play. One player who stands out of the list, and the supporters have seen this well over the course of the season, is Mutumba. He has not managed to turn up any trees, and I do not see much hope of this either. There is a chance that he will return to AIK on a loan deal, if we can come to an agreement with the Stockholm club. Many have mentioned that the team has not changed too much from last year. Although it is like a different team has been playing week to week. I have experienced over my long career that half a year, or a year, is little time to create a good side. To carry out a conception needs two or three years. I feel that with the players we have, that we can slowly but surely achieve what everyone wants. Finally, but just as importantly, I would also like to mention the people who work in the background and the improvement in the environment, have all taken a big step forward. We have reached a European level, and our back office staff are a great single unit. Spring will show us just how much of our desires will come true.
